With one double bedroom and a large shower room, this cottage is a perfect hideaway for a romantic retreat. It also has an open plan living area with a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a comfortable sitting room. Outside the cottage is a private patio with garden furniture as well as use of the owner's garden and secure off road parking for two cars. Perfectly located for exploring the North Wales coast, Snowdonia and the Roman city of Chester, Garden View is a superb holiday cottage whatever the time of year.

LPG central heating. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, flat screen TV/DVD with Freeview. Washing machine, sink and indoor drying facilities located in adjoining utility room, along with luggage storage area and secure covered bike storage. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Private decked area and patio with furniture, plus use of owners' lawned garden. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Small shop 2.5 miles. Pub/restaurant 10 mins walk. Note: Ponds in garden; please ensure children are supervised at all times. |
